This agreement is made between the customer shopping via the website www.ikidilbirkitap.com and providing the required information, and the seller whose details are stated above.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the terms and conditions regarding the sale and delivery of digital e-books purchased by the buyer through the seller’s website.

3. Main Features of the Products and Access

  • The products offered are digital e-books; no physical delivery is made.

  • The buyer can access the purchased e-book via the download link sent to the email address provided after the payment is completed.

  • Product descriptions, content, and other features of the e-books are presented to the buyer at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Terms

  • Product prices are indicated on the website at the time of purchase and collected with the buyer’s consent.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer/EFT.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • The buyer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal for digital content ends upon delivery of the product (pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502).

  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the e-book is sent to the buyer’s email address.

6. Liability and Usage Terms

  • The seller provides necessary technical support related to access to digital products. However, the seller is not responsible for issues arising from the buyer’s device or software.

  • The buyer acquires the e-book for personal use only and may not share it with third parties or reproduce it for commercial purposes.

7. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

  • The buyer’s personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

  • Payment information is processed via secure payment infrastructures and is not stored by the seller.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes between the parties shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.

  • If negotiation fails, the courts and enforcement offices in the seller’s jurisdiction shall have authority.

9. Force Majeure

The seller shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill contractual obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, internet outages, or technical failures.

10. Entry into Force
By purchasing an e-book via the seller’s website, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force when the buyer completes the purchase.
